PLEASANTON, CA.—June 14, 2018—10x Genomics, a company focused on accelerating genomic discovery, today announced that Jean Philibert has joined the company as Chief People Officer. She brings almost 20 years experience in leading human resources for companies in software and high-tech industrial sectors.

Philibert will leverage her proven experience in guiding high-tech talent acquisition, organizational development and employee relations, at both small, rapidly growing ventures and mature, established companies, towards these goals.
Before joining 10x Genomics, Philibert served as SVP of Human Resources at Analog Devices, a multinational company specializing in semiconductor manufacturing and technology, and as Chief People Officer at KIXEYE, a global gaming company. Philibert earned her M.S. in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from Loyola University and a B.A. from the University of Iowa.
