The combination of all six strong, well-regarded brands, positions KPM Analytics as a key provider of NIR instrumentation and solutions for online moisture measurement.”

“Joining KPM Analytics is a great opportunity for Sensortech.” says CEO Colin Hanson. “Bringing effective and innovative solutions to our clients is and will remain our focus as we realize the new opportunities that come along with being part of KPM.” Hanson will continue as CEO after the acquisition as will the entire Sensortech management team.

“Not only are we excited to add RF capabilities, we are thrilled to have Colin and his team part of KPM and look forward to continued innovation, growth and success.” says McIntire. “As we work to uncover the best ways to grow both PSC and Sensortech, both businesses will continue to work with and support their existing sales channels, distribution networks and their global customers as they have done successfully for decades.”
