31 May 2018 – Further to the Company’s announcement on 14 December 2017, Spectris plc (SXS: LSE), the productivity-enhancing instrumentation and controls company, today announces that it has completed the disposal of EMS Brüel & Kjær, the environmental monitoring business, into a joint venture with Macquarie Capital for a total cash consideration of £44 million.
