Greiner Bio-One North America, Inc. Announces the Launch of the Global Summit for Best Practices in Preanalytics

Starting in 2017, the Phlebotomy Supervisor’s Boot Camp™ will be known as the Global Summit for Best Practices in Preanalytics and will continue to grow and thrive as the top educational event for laboratory directors, phlebotomy supervisors, and educational leaders in preanalytics. While the event may be changing hands, the Center for Phlebotomy Education and its founder, Dennis Ernst, will be heavily involved.

Over the course of 3 days in Charlotte, North Carolina, attendees will have an opportunity to participate in educational sessions regarding “Overcoming Preanalytical Issues” and “Managing Your Staff to Success.”Each day will be filled with educational lectures from well known speakers, interactive round table discussions and educational materials that are catered specifically to the most frequently asked questions or challenges attendees face in their roles.

Those who attend will leave with the skills and tools to be able to act as an agent for change in their facilities and a better understanding of how to influence and manage others.In addition to all educational sessions, each attendee will also be given the opportunity to travel to Greiner Bio-One’s manufacturing facility to see how a blood collection tube is manufactured. This robust educational event will cover all aspects of the specimen collection and management.
