Large samples can be tricky to inspect: Especially when digital microscopes are the preferred option, big samples often don’t fit under every microscope.
The DVM6 M digital microscope zoom module from Leica Microsystems solves this problem for several applications such as the inspection of large surfaces of automotive parts, in-line quality control of large parts in the electronics production, and quality assurance tasks of medical devices: With a special interface adapter, the DVM6 M zoom module can be used with selected stands from the Leica M series of stereo microscopes. These stands offer large working distances so that operators can work with a digital microscope without eyepieces at the working distance of a stereo microscope.
