BRUKER LUMOS II The Next Generation in FTIR Imaging and Microscopy

ETTLINGEN, Germany, October 28, 2019 – Bruker today announced the launch of the novel, stand-alone FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared) imaging microscope LUMOS II, which provides ultrafast FTIR imaging capabilities using focal-plane array (FPA) detectors in its high-end version. The new, automated LUMOS II is designed to identify particles, to determine coatings and contaminations, and to reveal polymeric compositions. It can be used for quality control and failure analysis in various industries, such as pharma, polymers, chemical and electronics, as well as in forensics applications.
